Any natural yeast infection remedies that are quick and cost effective and ACUALLY WORK?

   I eat yogurt. not to quick but it naturally balances out my PH. i also drink lots of cranberry juice for bladder infection. I like the raspberry- cran. it does take a small time but i have found i get less as i get older. also, stop eating breads and such during this time. maybe they are wives tales but they have worked for me
