A yogurt soaked tampon will do it. Make sure it’s plain yogurt though of course. You can tie a string around some garlic and insert it and leave it there over night. I haven’t tried these things (never had a yeast beast) but, they’ve been known to work.

Here’s a link to a webpage that lists vitamins and herbs that are supposed to help-

There are hundreds of over the counter remedies for the specific treatment of yeast infection, these remedies are all derived from extracts from natural hurbs, they are clinically tested and safer than experimenting with home remedies.

This would be the safest corse of action you can take to treat a yeast infection.

Be careful with what you insert into your ****** you can acturally worsen your existing condition.

  6. Try white vinegar ******* [one tablespoon of Heinz white vinegar to a pint of water], twice a day for 5-7 days. This solution will turn the ****** acidic, and candida albicans [the microscopic yeast which causes infection] can only survive in an alkaline environment. If there’s no improvement after trying this remedy, get an OTC medication like Monistat, Gyne-Lotrimin, etc; or, go to a doctor for treatment.

  7. just go to the Dr. you’ll be better off in the long run
